1. Please avoid setting the device while charging to ensure accurate indicator light display.
2. You need to choose a compatible Thread border router for the app you are using and ensure that this Thread border router is connected to the app and functioning properly.
3. Please ensure the motor is in pairing mode before scanning the code. If it is not, close the app, switch the motor to pairing mode, and then reopen the app to scan the code.

1. Enter pairing mode
Step 1 Use the remote control to move the shades to approximately the middle position between the upper and lower limit travels.
Step 2 Press both the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons on the remote control simultaneously for 2 seconds. The shades will tremble up and down once, and the indicator light will turn orange and flash continuously.
Step 3 Pressing the 'UP' and 'STOP' buttons on the remote control simultaneously causes the shades to tremble up and down once, and the indicator light will turn green and flash continuously for about two minutes.
2. Smart Connectivity Setup
- Open the 'Google Home' app.
- Click on the '+ Add' sign.
- Click 'Matter-enabled device'.
- Scan the Matter QR code on the blinds/shades.
- Click 'Agree'.
- Connecting to device...
- Select or customize the placement of the shades.
- Give the shades a name.
- Complete the smart connectivity setup.
