Answer

Most SmartWave shades are produced within 5 to 7 working days. Once production is complete, delivery typically takes about 5 to 10 business days via express shipping, which is provided free of charge. Additionally, Woven Wood Shades take about 3 extra days to produce due to their complex craftsmanship.

Fabric swatches are shipped within one business day after the order is placed.

• Customization and busy seasons: Orders with complex customizations or placed during peak periods may take slightly longer to produce.
