Order Processing Time
Once you make a purchase, we immediately begin customizing your shades. Production and packaging typically take 5-7 business days, though this time may extend during busy periods. Additionally, Woven Wood Shades take about 3 extra days to produce due to their complex craftsmanship.
Fabric swatches are shipped within one business day after the order is placed.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to the USA and internationally (excluding extremely remote areas) via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
Delivery Time
Logistics generally take 5 to 10 business days to reach the destination, with longer times possible for remote areas.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your order at any time.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other factors.
Item Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping company to locate your package. Once the package is in the shipping company's control, we cannot intervene directly. However, feel free to contact us if the issue persists.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Canceling or Modifying Orders
If you contact us immediately after purchase, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, since all orders are custom-made and cannot typically be resold, cancellation is not possible once production begins (usually 4-8 hours after your order). If you wish to modify your order, we will apply 60% of the original order value toward the modified order, with a 40% reduction from the original order.
Regarding Taxes
In rare cases, your order may incur additional customs fees or taxes imposed by your country's government. These fees are your responsibility, and we have no control over them. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.
