What is the maximum customizable width for oversized SmartWave shades?

The maximum customizable width varies depending on the shade type and fabric series.

For some shade types and fabric series, oversized customization may be available beyond the standard size range shown on the product page. If your desired width is slightly larger than the regular available size, please refer to the guide below to check whether your selected shade type and fabric series may support oversized customization.

Please note that oversized customization is only available for eligible products and fabric series. Final availability is subject to confirmation by our support team.

Oversized Customization Fee

Oversized customization requires an additional customization fee. The fee is calculated based on the final customized width.

For example, if your required customized width is 113.5 inches, the additional customization fee would be $60.

Shipping Protection Notice for Oversized Shades

To help protect your shade from damage during shipping, we usually add 6-inch-thick foam padding to both ends of the shade package.

However, for shades wider than 110 inches, we must reduce the thickness of the foam padding at both ends in order to meet packaging and shipping limitations. This may increase the risk of damage during transportation.

To help reduce this risk, we will provide extra end caps with your order. If any end caps are damaged during shipping, you can replace them with the extra parts after receiving your shade.
