This guide covers the following shade types: Roller Shades, Zebra Shades, Cordless Roman Shades, Woven Wood Shades, Shangri-La Shades, Outdoor Shades, and Dual Shades.
1. Resetting the shade to factory settings will erase all existing configurations.This action should only be performed when replacing the motor or when a factory reset is absolutely necessary for operational reasons. Please proceed with caution.
2. If the shade is connected to a smart app and the motor needs to be reset, do not use the app to control the shade until the motor has fully returned to normal operating mode. Doing so may cause damage to the shade.

Step 1: Reset your shade
Using a paperclip or similar tool, PRESS AND HOLD the motor’s Programming button and release it when the shade jogs three times (about 12 seconds).
The motor indicator light will turn solid orange, indicating that the shade has been successfully reset.
1.After the shade has been reset, if no action is taken within 15 minutes, the motor will automatically enter sleep mode.
2. To wake the motor, press the Program button on the motor once. The shade will jog three times, indicating the motor has been reactivated and is ready to continue the initial setup process.
Step 2: Pair the Remote or Channel

Using a paperclip or similar item, PRESS AND HOLD the motor’s Programming button for about 2 seconds.
When the shade jogs once, release the button.
The indicator light will turn orange and begin flashing continuously. -
Select the remote or channel you want to add. (For example, if you’re using a 15-channel remote and want to pair the shade to channel 6, switch the remote to channel 6.)
BRIEFLY PRESS AND RELEASE the P button on the back of the remote. Note: Do not hold the button.
(For wireless wall switches, use a paperclip or similar item.)
The shade will jog once.
The indicator light will flash green 5 times, followed by orange flashing, confirming successful pairing.
1. During the Initial Setup, the motor can be paired with only one remote or channel.
2. If you want to pair additional remotes or channels, please complete all Initial Setup steps first, and then follow “Pairing a New Remote or Channel with the Shade” to add them.
Step 3: Check & Change the Motor’s Rotation Direction (if needed)

Press the UP or DOWN button on the remote to test the shade’s movement direction. If the direction is correct, skip this step and proceed directly to “Step 4: Set the Upper Limit.”

If the direction is incorrect, follow the steps below to adjust it:
PRESS AND HOLD the STOP button on the remote for 2 seconds.
When the shade jogs once, release the button.
The indicator light will flash green 5 times, followed by orange flashing, confirming the motor’s rotation direction has been successfully set.
Step 4: Set the Upper Limit
Move the shade to your desired upper stop position.
PRESS AND HOLD the STOP and DOWN buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds.
The shade will automatically start moving downward, and you can press the STOP button at any time to stop it.
Step 5: Set the Lower Limit
Move the shade to your desired lower stop position.
PRESS AND HOLD the UP and STOP buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds.
The shade will automatically start moving upward, and you can press the STOP button at any time to stop it.
Step 6: Save All Settings
PRESS AND HOLD the STOP button on the remote for 2 seconds.
When the shade jogs once, release the button.
The motor indicator light will flash green 5 times, and the continuous orange flashing light will turn off, indicating that the initialization setup is complete and the shade has returned to normal operation.
