For Roller Shades, Zebra Shades, Cordless Roman Shades, Woven Wood Shades, Shangri-La Shades, Outdoor Shades, and Dual Shades：
Method 1: Use the Programming Button on the Motor
QUICKLY PRESS the motor’s Programming Button three times in a row. The indicator light will turn green and flash continuously for about two minutes, indicating that the shade has entered matter pairing mode.
1. A continuously blinking green light indicates that the shade has entered pairing mode. If the green light is not blinking, press the button three times again to make sure it starts blinking.
2. For dual shades, please perform separate pairing operations for each motor.
Method 2: Use the Remote Control or Wireless Wall Switch
- Step 1
Use the remote to move the shade to a position roughly halfway between its upper and lower limits. - Step 2
PRESS AND HOLD the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds. When the shade jogs once, release both buttons. The indicator light will turn orange and flash continuously. - Step 3
PRESS AND HOLD the 'UP' and 'STOP' buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds. When the shade jogs once, release both buttons. The indicator light will turn green and flash continuously for about two minutes, indicating that the shade has entered matter pairing mode.
For Cellular Shades, Plain Fold Roman Shades, and Soft Fold / Hobbled Roman Shades：
Method 1: Use the Programming Button on the Motor
QUICKLY PRESS the motor’s Programming Button three times to enter matter pairing mode.
Method 2: Use the Remote Control or Wireless Wall Switch
- Step 1
Use the remote to move the shade to a position roughly halfway between its upper and lower limits. - Step 2
PRESS AND HOLD the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds. When the shade jogs once, release both buttons. - Step 3
PRESS AND HOLD the 'UP' and 'STOP' buttons on the remote at the same time for 2 seconds. When the shade jogs once, release both buttons. At this point, the shade has entered matter pairing mode.
For Drapery：
Use the Programming Button on the Motor
Open the cover at the bottom of the motor. QUICKLY PRESS the Programming Button three times in a row. The indicator light will turn green and flash continuously, indicating that the drapery has entered Matter Pairing Mode.
A continuously blinking green light indicates that the shade has entered pairing mode. If the green light is not blinking, press the button three times again to make sure it starts blinking.
