This guide covers the following shade types: Drapery.
1. Resetting the shade to factory settings will erase all existing configurations. This action should only be performed when replacing the motor or when a factory reset is absolutely necessary for operational reasons. Please proceed with caution.
2. If the shade is connected to a smart app and the motor needs to be reset, do not use the app to control the shade until the motor has fully returned to normal operating mode. Doing so may cause damage to the shade.
